‘WE ARE WHAT WE EAT’
and
‘WE ARE WHAT WE HAVE, AND HAVE NOT DIGESTED’

Food is our most basic form of self-love. We have turned the role of food from nutrition into an addiction, and the notion that ‘fast’ is best.

We have manipulated it’s purity and nutrition and heated it, repacked and re-labelled it into fast foods and convenience foods in packages, tins, containers, and sachets. These foods often contain a plethora of artificial and chemical additives, colours, emulsifiers, buffers to name a few – which ultimately means less food and more artificial ingredients. And the potential side effects, of the synergistic combination of these chemicals, negatively impacting on our health both in the short and long term.

Life foods take pure unadulterated fresh, preferably organic vegan based foods and peels, chops, blends, and entices them into delicious wholesome foods. Such foods nourish not only the body, but are harmonious with the mind and spirit. They contain no processed wheat flours, processed sugar, dairy, meat, fish, eggs or any other animal derived ingredients.

Life foods offer us enzyme intact foods. When any food is heated above 118F the enzymes are destroyed. It is these very enzymes, which play a vital role in our health. Consider that if we had an enzyme bank which needed to make a withdrawal of it’s enzymes every time cooked food was eaten to oversee that food’s digestion and if we ate mainly (and often only) cooked food then our enzyme bank would soon end up ‘in the red’. The result of this extensive withdrawal and eventual virtual exhaustion of enzyme supply is a decline in one’s health and the advance of aging.

Life Food Cuisine is a health sustaining way of eating. It isn’t a diet – it is a lifestyle food choice. It is harmonious with non-vegan foods – whilst I do not personally eat flesh foods or animal by-products – I respect that we must each make our own choices. And eating more salads and life food with whatever other choices we personally make is a positive step in the direction of improving our health.

Life Cuisine is environmentally friendly, the waste can be recycled via the compost bin. There is less drain on power supplies as ovens are not required, and therefore the need for air conditioning in our hot Australian climate is also reduced.

Eating life food leaves you feeling energised, satiated but not over full. Some of the other health benefits one can expect from responsibly increasing their life food intake includes:

• Effortlessly weight normalisation
• Easier more regular and frequent bowel movements
• Greater general body flexibility
• Clearer mind
• Greater mental balanced
• Potential reduction of subtle joint pain
• Clearer skin
• Better sleep
• More energy

To name a few. Our health systems are overrun and overcrowded. In this modern day and age – we need to start looking at our own personal role in maintaining our health. Whilst the often serious negative health implications of alcohol consumption and tobacco smoking has clearly been placed in the consciousness of our country, we now need to expand such awareness to include the negative role that fast foods and unhealthy foods play in contributing to our ill health as a society.

The aim of ‘A Delicious Life’ is to educate in a fun yet respectful and integrity filled environment, ways in which individuals can make a positive informed contribution to their health and the health of their children, families and friends via the foods they eat, and the beverages they consume.
